Delivery Information
All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day. If the product you are ordering is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and informed of the situation.
All goods will be shipped on a next day delivery service and while this is not guaranteed, goods should be at the required delivery address before 1pm the day following despatch.
Special deliveries can be arranged i.e Saturday deliveries and timed deliveries, please contact the customer service team for a quote.
Orders can be collected from our depot. Please call to arrange.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if authorised beforehand. Bird Stop must be notified of any returns within 14 days of delivery. After this time, returns will be at the discretion of the management.
Goods must be returned at senders cost and must be in the original packaging and in good condition.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns and delivery will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error by Bird Stop.
